Jason was very helpful and patient while my husband and I were looking for a home.  He knew the area we liked and took us to many open houses.  He was very knowledgeable in pointing out what to be aware of when visiting the homes regarding roof wear and tear, water heater condition etc.  When we did find our home, he explained the offer and closing process to us and had a lot of finesse in doing the negotiations on our behalf with the sellers.  He is very honest and respectful in his dealings with everyone and made the home buying experience a very positive one for us.

I can't recommend Jason highly enough. He was with us every step of the way through the process including a complicated selling and buying situation. He is kind, funny, and always available to answer questions. He knows his stuff!

Jason did a great job, when i asked to much for my home at the beginning of the bubble pop! He found me a renter thats still there after 8 years! When the market gets crazy again, i'll have Jason sell it!

Jason had called me regularly, farming for business. He called on a recurring basis, was always extremely polite and professional, not pushy. When I decided to sell, I remembered him and wanted to interview him. He won me over on his introductory visit, and I decided not to call a second company for another comparison. Was interested in C-21 and Jason's experience in working with international clients, who may have had an interest in my property. Expanded my potential buyer base. Would use him again, and would recommend him to others.
